FET SOT23-3 to TO-92 Adapter

Adapter to use (SOT-23-3) FET transistors with 3-pin ribbon as (TO-92). These adapter boards allow you to use surface-mount FETs in through-hole applications. The adapter PCB is double-sided, one side J201 (D-S-G), the other BS170 (D-G-S). The pcbs are also very small, they won´t be higher than using conventional TO92 transistors.
