Description
This is a ZVS Driver that uses IGBT instead MOSFET.
Warning: If you'll use the PCB that I projected don't use the option to buy the components using the built-in list, some components are adapted by do not existing on the editor.
Note: Not all IGBTs will work on ZVS and may will destroy itself. If you want you can use MOSFET instead and you can also connect in parallel in the same way.
The Capacitor Bank can have an equivalent capacitance between 100nF and 680nF. Can be higher but the frequency will decrease.
This schematic was projected to work between 6 Volts and 60 Volts, but can be higher by changing R1 and R2, don't forget to check if the Amps don't exceed maximum ratings of the transistors.
Parallel connection shown on schematic are 1 of 2 ways of connection. (Recommended by manufacturer, but not tested yet)
The 2nd way of parallel connection which each parallel transistors have his own Pull up Resistor (R1), Zener Diode (D3) and Discharge Resistor (R3).
