FlowBridge is a custom PCB designed for projects requiring reliable USB-to-UART conversion, offering a modern USB-C interface and flexibility between 5V and 3.3V power options. The board is engineered with the CP2102 chip, ensuring seamless communication with UART devices, and follows industry standards for robust and stable performance.

 

Key Features (V1):

  • USB Interface: USB-C port for modern and versatile connectivity.
  • Voltage Switching: Onboard switch for selecting between 5V and 3.3V power, accommodating various system requirements.
  • UART Conversion: Integrated CP2102 chip for dependable USB-to-UART communication.
  • LED Indicators: Dedicated TX and RX LEDs for real-time data transmission monitoring, plus a Power LED for operational status.
  • Power Management: Supports stable voltage regulation with optimized ground planes to minimize noise and ensure signal integrity.
  • PCB Design: 2-layer board with an extensive GND plane for enhanced electrical stability. Designed in compliance with DRC (Design Rule Check) standards for reliable manufacturing.
