Soft Touch Footswitch

This "Soft-Touch Footswitch" uses the MC14007 dual complimentary pair inverter to activate two JFet Transistors that switch between the effects intput or bypass signal. A silicone transistor activates the Power Indicator LED.

Be warned, this is laid-out using very small surface-mount components to keep the circuit board small enough! 0603's!

It uses a pcb-mount momentary Footswitch #SSWFS-S01-AA09-HWH , but it can use other momentary switches and a connector is provided for this.

The photo below shows a similar, but different type of footswitch that can be wired to work, as there is no 3D model of the one I recommend!
