Description
Main
Connect to PC, switch, server, etc. Standard 3-wire fan: Gnd, 12V, Tach.
Fan
Passthrough Gnd and 12V to power a fan if desired.
Mode
This switch changes the tach signal mode.
- V+: Tach signal is pulled to +5V or +12V (depending on input fan voltage) 2x per "revolution" of the fake fan. Used in PCs.
- GND: Tach signal is pulled to ground 2x per "revolution" of the fake fan. Used in Cisco Switches.
Speed
Adjust simulated fan speed: Approximately 4,700 to 17,200 RPM.
