Toshiba T1200 Power Supply

Replacement power supply for the Toshiba T1200 laptop. This is designed to be a drop-in replacement for the original power supply which is notoriously prone to failure and difficult to repair. It simply provides the required voltage rails for the device to operate and does not support any of the proprietary features which were unique to this device like HDD power management, battery operation, or battery charging.

NOTE: This version uses a more typical size DC barrel-jack connector to suit modern 12V supplies. It will NOT fit the original power plug without modification. If you wish to use the original power "brick" that came with the device then you will need swap the part DC1 for a 3mm x 6.5mm barrel-jack like this one.

Construction

• All of the components on the board have an LCSC part number.
• The original power supply has two cables soldered directly to the board which hvae been broken out in to headers here. You can make your own cable using this type of connector, or alternative just solder some wires directly to the board like the original.
