HDMI Video Card for 8088 IBM XT PC

This is a Work in Progress / Concept

The goal of this project is to develop a video card for an IBM (or compatible) XT PC (running the Intel 8088 CPU). The video card will hopefully be able to emulate a CGA and/or EGA card, but if this is not possible, then custom drivers could be used for lower level access to the underlying hardware. The video output will be through an HDMI connector, so that the computer can be directly connected to a modern TV or computer monitor.
