this is the last RF probe i made, i change few thinks and is better.

this project is a copy of active RF probe ,make by elektuur . in range of 100MHz to 1.2GHz , with 3dbm error.

If use it for relative mesurement is a good probe ,for beginner like me.

use a mosfet double gate BF998 and few component. is it easy to make and usefull. i post a PDF whit the istruction.

I use a smd 0402 and 0603. the PCB is 2 layer, the material is JLC04161H-7628 Stackup. with JLCPCB.

Use a coax cable RF and soldering in to board.

To have good performance you need to adjust the input capacity by cutting the copper little by little
until you reach the desired performance.
