This a modified version of an instructables by user Wolf2018:

I added a 1K potentiometer in series with two 220ohm resistors in order to add offset to the function generator.
one end is connected to +12v and the other end to -12v.
the middle poimt of potemtiometer is connected between R30 and C12.
Note that this will not work well with bigger loads and very high frequentcies :(
