STD LoRa optical water meter sensor
A module to count the rotations of the little metallic disc on water meter (called "cyble") and send data with a LoRa transmitter.
This is the optical version, for mirror style disks that are not very inductive. LoRa module transmit measure values.
Firmware is an example of working. It must be adapted to the shape of the cyble (half disc, third disc) and to the LoRa packet to transmit.
