DIP14 to dual SOIC8 adapter

Small adapter pcb that allows the use of two SOIC8 dual channel opamps like TL072 or NE5532 instead of one DIP14 opamp like the TL074.
This can be useful when the project pcb requires the use of a TL074 but the builder prefers to use smd mounted opamps.
