Submersible mkII

Takes the form of what is basically an underwater inverted quadcopter. A PVC tank holds 1 atmosphere of air, making the overall system buoyant. This is advantageous because the system will simply float to the surface in the event of a catastrophic mechanical or electrical failure. DIY low-cost piezoelectric hydrophones controlled via onboard electronics broadcast and receive ultrasonic information.
