# What is AHT20
AHT20 is a MEMS temperature and humidity sensor with I2C interface produced in China, with an ADC bit of 20Bit, which has the advantages of small size, high accuracy and low cost. The most significant change compared to AHT10 is the reduction in volume from 5*4*1.6mm to 3*3*1.0mm. Relative humidity accuracy RH=±2%, temperature accuracy T=±0.3°C. Relative humidity measurement range RH=0~100%, temperature measurement range T=-40~85°C. From the datasheet, AHT10/15/20 differ only in the supply voltage, and there is no difference in other parameters, of which AHT15 has PTFE waterproof and dustproof film, allowing the sensor to be used under harsh environmental conditions (such as water spray and heavy exposure to dust).
