Description

Description

ESP32-S3 controller for 480 x 600 RGB interfaced display through ribbon cable with ILI6122 Driver embedded on cable. Includes a 6 pin touch interface using I2C. There is additionally a low side power switch mosfet and flyback diode for driving a small 100 - 200mA load from VBUS.

Supports external 5V input power and USB power with some basic shottky diodes as reverse protections to prevent backfeeding the sources. 

USB programmable, along with one extra spare UART header for the second serial port.

LED diagnosis of input power.

Onboard backlight LED driver chip to boost from 4.5V nominal. 

Most parts have been selected to be basic parts, unfortunately connectors are hard to find a basic part for.

Testing display with Newhaven modules I had laying around from old projects.
