Some notes:

1) Add an external RTC to prevent other people from adjusting the internal RTC oscillator error calibration, and also bring lower standby current (specifically, the hardware has been tested)
 
2) The serial port chip is changed to the cheaper CH9012, the rate is increased to 4Mbps, double that of CP2014, and the download is fast
