Note: The MX1.25 terminals on the board here are not soldered

3. Enclosure design and installation instructions

Case size: diameter 51.2mm thickness 15.5mm

Battery selection: 802025 lithium battery - 350mAh, MX1.25 positive terminal, purchase link https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=596564964361

Horn selection: 3012 cavity horn, MX1.25 positive terminal, purchase link https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=722575588114

Screw selection: M1.6*4 head diameter 3mm (note that you must buy a head diameter of 3mm) purchase link https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=649403948385

Installation Steps:

(1) Thread the screen cable from the front to the back through the reserved opening, and insert the FPC socket.

(2) Plug the battery and speaker into the main board of the circuit board, and fix the horn and the battery with double-sided tape (the protrusion inside the shell is the limit of the battery and the speaker, and it needs to be glued to the limit position)

(3) Align the screw holes of the motherboard with the screw holes of the shell, lay the screws first, and then paste the screen on the motherboard with double-sided tape.

(4) Put the button into the small part of the shell first, and insert the small part of the shell into the large part of the shell (note that the button and the small part of the shell are multiple splices, and the excess connection material needs to be cut off)

(5) Put the cover on the shell.
