Introduction:

EMC/EMI electromagnetic radiation amplifier, used in electronic product detection electromagnetic radiation noise detection amplification, RF power amplifier pre-gain amplification, self-contained power supply, independent power supply for 3 hours of continuous battery life, external power supply. The input is connected to the probe, and the output signal can be directly fed into the spectrum analyzer or RF power amplifier.

Vector network amplification gain test: -30dB gain attenuator is serial in the RF line, and the interface loss is calibrated, and the line loss is about 1.95dB

IMG_20240723_225055

Vector screen amplification gain test: low noise gain amplifier is inserted in series, and the total attenuation is 10.99dB=30dB-20dB

(Note: The charge pump and LNA chip will heat up during operation, and if heat dissipation is not performed, the charge pump will heat up and overheat the protection and reduce the LVA amplification gain)

The power supply part is powered by lithium battery, the charge pump is boosted to reduce the power supply noise, and the power supply charge pump is HX4002

(Note: The charge pump and LNA chip will heat up during operation, and if heat dissipation is not performed, the charge pump will heat up and overheat protection)

The probe is a panel, and after proofing, it needs to be split and polished by itself: different probes are suitable for different detection areas.

The shell is a lightweight aluminum alloy shell, and the finished shell is selected for cost considerations, but there are gaps in the assembly of the shell, and it is recommended to choose the CNC machined shell in pursuit of low noise and avoiding external interference.
