The work this time is really full of ups and downs. At first, I saw that Li Chuang could produce and process electric heating films, so I thought of making a small electric heating thing. Considering that the electric heating film is a single film, if you want to make a heater, you need several electric heating films interwoven together, and you need a suitable heat sink. After finding it troublesome, I replaced it with a PTC heating element, and then a bigger trouble came........... The rated power of the PTC heating element purchased by the author is 50w, but I didn't take it seriously. I thought 12V2A was enough, and the PTC dry burning temperature was about 200 degrees. I didn't need such a high temperature, so I used a 12V2A power supply for debugging. As a result, the NND current couldn't be controlled, and it was directly short-circuited for protection...........
Yes, in order for current heaters to reach a temperature of about 15cm and reach 50 ℃, they must use a professional power supply or a 12V 5A constant current source... However, it doesn't seem appropriate to use such a small heater with such a large power supply. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a 5V fan when choosing a fan. Currently, the 5V PTC heating element can only be customized, and the 12V one can also be used, but the surface temperature is only about 40 ℃.

Below are the temperature of the PTC hot chip corresponding to different voltages.
12V5A - Surface temperature 130 ℃
5V1.2A - Surface temperature 39 ℃, this temperature is barely felt by the wind (T^T)
Therefore, it is recommended that you choose a power supply for the hot plate not greater than 7V, otherwise the current will continue to rise, or replace an 8A short-term power adapter (T^T)
