DIY VR haptic vest

Diy haptic vest pcb

Im working on a project - a haptic vest like bhaptics, the firmware is not assotiated with me, only the hardware is. i will make instructions and better documentation if people will be interested.

The main PCB consists of:

 • A ESP32 Devboard

- Is responsible communication to your router, and everything else.

• A TP4057 board

-Charges and manages the battery.

• A ULN2803

-drives the motors (uses a darlington array)

The sub board is for each side of the vest, consisting of:

2x  ULN2803

-drives the motors (uses a darlington array)

PCA9685

-16-channel PWM controller using I2C, used to extent GPIO to the 40 needed.

I also have cad files for the main board, and sub board enclosures will come soon.(tw; my 3d skills arent good, im slowly getting there though)
