Description
Temperature Control System PCB for Neonatal Open Incubator PHOENIX NOC-100
This PCB design provides signal conditioning and power control for a neonatal open incubator temperature control system. The board integrates with an ESP32-based control system and features isolated temperature sensing and TRIAC-based power control.
Key Features:
- Signal conditioning for Draeger MU06951 skin temperature sensor
- Zero-crossing detection circuit for AC power control
- TRIAC switching with optoisolator for heater control
- Emergency stop relay interface
- Power supply conditioning for 7" HMI display
- Compatible with 120VAC mains power
- Designed to meet medical device safety standards
Applications:
- Temperature control in neonatal open incubators
- Retrofit of PHOENIX NOC-100 incubators
- Medical device prototyping
The design prioritizes safety and reliability, with proper isolation between high and low voltage sections. All components and trace clearances are selected to comply with medical device requirements.
Technical Specifications:
- Input voltage: 120VAC
- Temperature sensor: NTC type (Draeger MU06951)
- Heater control: Up to 800W
- Control interface: Compatible with ESP32
- HMI power output: 5V regulated, 1A
