Description

I'm trying to make an variable load. I have little experience with precision. I read about it and been redesigning this board a few times. When i get confident enough, I'll try to build it :D

 

 

The idea is having two boards. One is an panel/digital. It is controlled by an esp32s3 and interfaces an tft screen. It connects to the main board that does the analog part.

 

On it there is 3 inputs. One GND and 3 other ones. One for low current up to 1A and other for high current up to 20A.

In theory it could go even further, the mosfet is rated for 600A, but the heat dissipation is the bottleneck.
It can dissipate 100W

It uses an TLV07 op amp and an ADS1220 24bit ADC.

 

There is a beefy mosfet on it that is controlled by the esp32 PWM and an TC4420
