MIGHTY_32 Node WLED Controller

A different version of MIGHTY_32 WLED controller, which utilises ESP32 30-pin development board instead of ESP32-S module, so that the board can be assembled slightly quicker. ESP32 board is installed on pin headers, so the board could be extracted from the board in case of damage or need to use the board elsewhere.
