This tester is meant to test 18650 Li-Ion cells. This one sided PCB can charge or discharge the battery under test. V2 charging module can be powered straight from the power plug or it can be directed via step-down converter module located on top left side of the PCB. Set step-down converter to 6V and jumper it to 6V pin. If you do this, you need to cut 12V coming into the v2 charging module.
