Description
This project is a compact, single-cell LiFePO4 charger based on the CN3058 linear charging IC. The PCB includes a USB-C port for the 5V input supply, making it convenient to charge a 3.2V nominal (3.6V full) LiFePO4 cell directly from a standard USB-C cable or adapter.
By default, the charge current is set to 1A using a 1.2kΩ resistor on the ISET pin. The charging current can be adjusted using the formula:
I_CH = 1218 / R_ISET
ICH = charge current in Amps
R_ISET = resistor on ISET pin in Ohms
