MouseV2 samd21

A mouse Design with a pmw3360 sensor and a samd21 processor. Update 12.7.21: The PCBs arrived and i assembled them. I uploaded the Bootloader with a raspi and it is recognized by the Computer, so the Samd21 part of the PCB seems to be working. One problem i have is, that i cant upload code to the Device from the IDE, which needs to be a problem by the Bootloader as the USB connection works reliable. The PMW3360 sensor isnt currently tested eventhough it is almost enirely copied from my old design, which worked. Updates will folow.
