Serial 7 Segment 0.56 4 digit display

A re-design of original work by SparkFun Serial 7 Segment display module. The module is fully hardware and software compatible with original design but it incorporates 4 individual 0.56" 7 segment displays along with colon and Apex LEDs instead of single display module. Triple ports for communication I2C, SPI and serial ports are routed to the top of the display with additional I2C ports on sides to be more easily cascadeable. Shifting from original design, an ATmega328PB can be used to have extra 2 pins PE0, PE1 wired to top as SDL and SDA pins.
