Description
Arduino Nano v3 - Traffic Advisor
This is a project to realise a traffic advisor (like the police or emergency services use) to divert traffic in case of an emergency. I use an Arduino Nano V3 as controller and momentary tactile switches to change modes immediately. The board will be connected to a 12V 8-channel relay board (12V/220V 10A) to address 8 LED flashlights or 8 segments of each 6 LEDs on a LED stripe.
The different switches activate different modes:

- SW1 - POWER OFF / Store last pattern
- SW2 - arrow left
- SW3 - center out
- SW4 - arrow right
- SW5 - center in
- SW6 - switch pattern
Also the board shows you its operational readyness with a green LED and the current pattern with 8 yellow LEDs. The U1 connector is the interface to address the 12V 8-channel relay board (thinking about a new schematics using mosfets instead of relays - means to connect the LED flasher or stripe segements directly to the control board).
