This is a high power 5 channel WS2805 Addressable (RGBCW) LED Driver based on the PT4115. Unlike those cheap aliexpress LED WS2811 Addressable LED drivers that are prone to failure and overvoltage, I have designed a custom LED driver with all the nessasery protections. VCC and GND pours have ample distance and there are plenty of thermal vias for the LED driver ICs. 

 

The LED driver can be mounted onto the LED heatsink with standard 10 pin 2.54mm headers and held with 9mm M3 standoffs. These LED drivers are for retrofitting incandescent landscape lighting but can be used for other purposes by resizing the heatsink PCB.

 

There are also optional bulk capaictor holes for a more stable operation. I recomend that you use high quality capaictors instead of ChongX caps from AliExpress. 

 

To use the LED Heatsink, the small daughter borad on the LED driver PCB can be broken off and reflowed onto the LED Heatsink. Make sure this step is done before reflowing the LEDS because it can damage them.

The next version will be better and designed on EasyEDA PRO with better documentation. This is still in development in terms (design and looks) of component layout, resistor selection (replace 10k mosfet pullup with 100k and 1k PT4115 pulldown with 4.7K for 0-255 full control), size and connector placement. This version of the LED Driver is stable and can be used as is.
