Description
This circuit uses fast recovery diode rectification, ruby pond filtering, decoupling capacitor using ELNA Brown God 2, signal input capacitor using Vishay MKP signal coupling capacitor, the capacity is approximately doubled compared to the official circuit, and the low frequency is more flexible. The anti-shock network at the output end and the 0.1uf power supply filtering and decoupling film capacitors are all made of German MKP film capacitors, and the output capacitors are Nichicon FW series... During this routing, a large area of copper was laid on the power supply part to reduce the ground wire. Impedance, the signal part adopts floating ground, which is separated from the audio output ground and anti-shock network ground, and finally converges to the power supply point for grounding. The mounting holes of each capacitor are designed in various sizes, so that different package sizes of different brands can be easily installed. I have designed and installed several versions of the TDA1521 circuit before, but after careful design and layout this time, I tried to use fever components as much as possible. After the final installation, it can produce sound. If there is any problem with the circuit, it can be listened to by attaching it to the speaker. There is almost no background noise. After plugging in the sound source and listening to it, I suddenly felt like I had changed my set of speakers! Not only is the bass more elastic, it's also very listenable. Especially when listening slowly in the dead of night, the singer's labial and dental sounds and breathing sounds are clearly revealed. In short, the details have been greatly improved compared to the previous version! My own evaluation of this product is: I don’t want to shut it down!
