2023.12.18   Considering that the price of AT32F403A is not cheap and there is no free shipping, it is changed to HC32F460JETA, Xiaohua basically can't find technical support, and there is little information, filling in   a lot of holes, which seriously affects the progress The firmware has been completed, and the last proofing modified some IO for a pre-Christmas release.

2023.12.22   Update the first version of the firmware, the burning program uses jlink, the official serial port download firmware, I don't have the tool to test, so I only guarantee jlink burning.
