Description
Introduction
External interface
- 5 USB3.2Gen2 interfaces, USB-A, backward compatible with USB2.0, support access to high-power USB devices, but it is recommended that the peak value of a single port does not exceed 2.5A, and the rating does not exceed 2A.
- 1 USB2.0 interface, USB-A, supports access to high-power USB devices, but it is recommended that the peak value of a single port does not exceed 2.5A and the rating does not exceed 2A.
- Use XT60 to input 12V external power supply. Basic functions must provide at least 12V@1.5A. When all downstream ports are required to run at 5V@2A, at least 12V@6A must be provided.
- Use USB-B connector as uplink interface to connect to PC.

Instructions for use
1. The maximum designed peak external power supply capacity of this project is 20A.
There are 6 USB ports in total. It is recommended that the peak value of a single port does not exceed 2.5A and the rated value does not exceed 2A.
2. With the increase of external USB devices and the acceleration of actual communication rate, U13 will significantly increase its heat generation, and a heat sink needs to be attached. The maximum thermal power consumption is about 2.0W (for reference only)
3. The inconsistencies between the schematic diagram and the actual object have been marked with blue marks and dotted boxes.
Please check the actual objects carefully one by one.
4. D8 and D9 need to be short-circuited with tin after the 3.3V and 1.15V voltage tests are correct.
5. If the device is not recognized intermittently after being powered on and works normally for a while, the code is 43, the device is reconnected repeatedly, or the disk is dropped after writing for a period of time when connecting to a USB storage device:
i: Check whether the crystal oscillator and crystal oscillator load capacitance match.
ii: Whether the reset sequence is correct and whether it is processed according to the remarks.
iii: Are some inferior materials such as capacitors replaced by luck in the 3.3V and 1.15V power circuits?
6. It is not recommended to take chances and replace certain materials, as it may cause performance degradation or unusability.
7. This project is open source in accordance with the CC-BY-NC 3.0 protocol standard.
Therefore, you are required to use this project in full compliance with the requirements of this agreement.
You can conduct a non-commercial profit-making interpretation of this project according to the actual situation.
