MSATA hard disk box based on TYPEC interface of ASM1153E

The chip is a lot of ASM1153E, it should be the first SATA to USB3.0 project on the platform, why not save VL160 with a chip that supports C port, because VL160 + ASM1153E is cheaper than a chip that supports C port, the cost is too high and it is better to buy a cost-effective ~~~

VL160 circuit refers to zhqsoft's project (2025/01/06 has been modified, the original has a probability of not supplying power when CC line)

The seat is bought according to your own needs, corresponding to the height.

The mSATA fixing parts are all 3mm knurled copper pillars embedded in the board.

Buy 5mm knurled copper pillar for the fixed part of the shell.

The shell installation does not need to be taught, it needs to be cut to install, if you don't want to cut, you can also play the board separately.

If you want to play other color (non-green) boards, it is recommended to remove the cover of the bottom silk screen, I added this for the pseudo-white board.

Again, don't make a mistake about the plate thickness of 1.6, JLC7628 impedance, +-20% impedance control.

Make up the picture on the shell, there is a piece of 138 degree solder paste for NAND (no high temperature), and the heat dissipation is good.

It is a little difficult to weld the shell, so fix it well.
