Project Description
IP5389BZ+IP6829 100W wired 15W wireless power bank with light and screen.
1.Type-C can provide a maximum output of 100W (20V5A), and Type-A can provide a maximum output of 24W.
2. Short press the "Lighting" button to turn on the LED and power detection screen, short press the "Lighting" button again to enable PWM dimming, a total of 10 levels; long press the "Lighting" button to turn off the LED and screen.
3. Short press the "Wireless" button to turn on 15W wireless charging, and long press the "Wireless" button to turn off the LED and screen.
4. Short press the "Button" button and the digital tube will display the battery level of the power bank. Double-click the "Button" button to turn off the digital tube.
5. The battery cells are 4 series and 3 parallel 5000mAh, totaling 60Ah@3.7V (15Ah@14.8V).
Note: The measured power supply voltage of IP6829 must be below 10.4V, otherwise an error will be reported on the power supply!

Project Related Functions
Use as a power bank to power portable devices.
Project Properties
This project is made public for the first time and is my original project. The project has not won any awards in other competitions.
Project Progress
1. Draw schematic diagram
2. Draw PCB
3. Make a board
4. Purchase components and weld them
5. Welding debugging
6. Shell
Design Principles
The project is divided into four parts
1、IP5389
2、IP6829
3、MCU
4、LED
Software Description
Use CubeMX to initialize the configuration. See the attachment for details.
Physical Display
4 series and 3 parallel battery pack + protection board. It only took hundreds of millions of manual work. Be sure to insulate. (It is forbidden to directly weld the wires of the battery, at least on the spot welded nickel tape!)
Installation Process
First install the battery and the surrounding thermal pad, and the coil should be extended.
Then install the PCB, remember to stick the NTC resistor near the center of the battery with thermally conductive silicone glue.
Remember to fix the protruding battery (SMT packaging material happens to be very useful)
First install the front and rear covers, battery, organize the cables, and finally close the upper cover.
Finally install the front and rear panel bolts (M3*)
The job is done.

Other
The author (me) graduated this year and started working, so I did it relatively quickly this time. . . . . .
This project is slightly different from the actual display. Because small modifications are not worth using JLC SMT again.
