Since I began to contact amateur radio, I found that the price of commercially available electric keys is high, which is not conducive to introductory learning, so I designed this PCB micro-motion single paddle electric key based on the concept of bug electric key, which is convenient for HAM to practice single paddle transmission.

Design Concept

Four M16 pot magnets are used, which can be adsorbed on the surface of metal objects, which is convenient for field erection and simulates turtle feet in this scheme.

Using the CH552E chip, the analog keyboard is compatible with different program requirements, and can be replaced with CH552G for easy soldering. The chip is based on the 8051 design.

Amateur radio can be connected directly with a 3.5mm audio linker.

Two versions were designed, full PCB version and half acrylic version.

The trigger position uses the mouse micro-movement, and the selection of the micro-movement can be adjusted according to your own feel.

The shaft is F681XZZ, and the PCB link needs to be lightly sanded.

If you don't want to grind, you can use M3*2.5*4 soil nut to weld to the hole, and install M2.5*2 copper corns at the shaft (need to customize or use M2.5*3 copper corns for grinding)

The CW connector is integrated, which can be directly connected to the computer for CW training. It can also be used as a CW linker to provide computer links for other electric keys.
