[Overview] A 3-bay 3.5-inch SATA/SAS compatible hard disk cabinet with airtight air duct for efficient heat dissipation.
[Parameter] A 3.5-inch disk can be installed, and a 2.5-inch disk can be used to support it with an adapter bracket.
A 90mm cooling fan can be installed
The backplane has 3 SATA data ports, a large 4D power port, an XT30 power port, and a 20pin power module slot.
The backplane has a power indicator, a hard disk read/write light.
Compatible with Huawei RH2288V3 and V5 hard disk bays.
Four-layer PCB (size can be sampled for free) needs to be checked (free and required) impedance matching when placing an order.

[Foreword] This open source project is relatively easy to make, and if it is fully equipped, the production cost is relatively low.
1. Tools to be prepared: heating table (teppanyaki), electric soldering iron, recommended steel stencil, 3D printer with a printing area of not less than 25 cm × 25 cm
2.Some component purchase links refer to accessories (the original capacitor uses the Panasonic Sanyo SVP series, the price is higher, and other capacitors of the same size voltage can be replaced.)
Application: Connect to your computer's motherboard with three SATA cables, or to the hard drive cabinet using an array card and adapter cable.
Power supply with PC power: no need to install a power module, use a large 4D connection to the backplane (the cable is not long enough, you can buy an extension cable)
Use external 12V power supply: You need to install a power module, and the power supply requirements are not less than 12V 8A through the XT30 interface input (you can buy an adapter cable for the round DC power supply).
Power module: with gold finger plug-in structure, it can be replaced arbitrarily.
Shell part: It is recommended to use FDM process printing (6 layers on the upper and lower layers, 4 layers on the outer wall, no less than 20% filling)
Installation: M3×8 is used for the housing part, and the length of the cooling fan fixing screw M3 is calculated as fan thickness + 5 mm.
