Description

This clock wouldn't have been out of place in 1981. It is fairly typical of the kind of clocks that hobbyists were building. The circuit consists of a set of counters and LED segment drivers. There is a small amount of logic to divide down the value of the counters to hours, minutes and seconds. A couple of buttons allow you to adjust the hours and minutes to set the time.
