I think there is a mismatch between a ROCPU footprint in EasyEDA and in datasheet.

The exact component is TPB01-3016L6W.

Here is the EasyEDA implementation:

The through-hole pads look centered in the datasheet, so I would expect an y offset of 0.16mm on each side, but it is off-centered in EDA. Is it normal?
