Hello, 
 I want to add a male connections above the holes in the pcb for the arduino to sit on. 

I pick a 6x1 male headers in the picture. I placed them above the holes and got X's on each hole, although its looking right in the 3d model, I belive it is not the right way to do it. How should it be done correctly?
