I Google "ESP32-C3 DevkitM-1 Easyeda" I find it at: https://easyeda.com/component/4515cdb4f766484e8103883d0fd079eb

But I can't find it from searching the library from inside a project.  From the above link, how do I use that in a project?  I'm missing something fundamental.   Someone know?
