SchematicHow to Add a Decoupling Capacitor Between IC Power Pins Without Joining Global Nets in EasyEDA Pro

Hello
I'm using EasyEDA Pro. I'm a beginner but I've made good progress with my schematic and layout. However, I'm stuck on one specific issue.
I need to connect a decoupling capacitor directly between the VDD (pin 16) and VSS (pin 8) of an IC (CD4021). These pins also need to be connected to the board's +5V and GND to power the IC.
The problem is that when I do this in EasyEDA, the capacitor gets added to the wider VCC and GND nets. As a result, I get a lot of extra ratlines and the capacitor is no longer seen as being connected just between the IC's power pins. It ends up connecting all over the place.
My question is: how can I wire a capacitor directly between the IC’s power pins, while still powering those pins from the global +5V and GND rails, without pulling the capacitor into the global power net?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Will.
