I'm trying to design an PCB, where a TO220 components needs a medium sized heatsink. How can I make sure, that the position of the heatsink and the TO220 match, so that the can be attached to each other?

In 3D view it looks like this:

The TO220 is sitting very very low (unrealistically low) on the PCB, so the mounting holes don't align.

Is there a way to either:

• set the right placement height of the TO220?
• a heatsink that will properly align?
• or a way to tell JLCPCB that they should be screwed together before soldering?
• (or any other solution?)
