As you can see in the below image and gif, the bluring (and what looks like video compression) is happening on all of the interface, the menu, icons and every symbol in the schematic and PCB page. It seems to update when I hover or click an item.
I cannot get anything done like this as its so limiting and has been making my eyes really hurt as if they are trying to focus with the blur that is happening!

I have tried resolving this by adjusting GPU settings, Monitor settings, all of which had no affect. I don't have issues with any other application on my computer, this began from an update about 3 months ago and has not gone since. I had stopped using for the last 2 months hoping it would get resolved but its still an issue with the most recent update..
Does anyone know of a fix for this??
