If I make a board outline, and then fillet the corners, sometimes the copper fill does not accurately fill the board. It does not happen every time, but it is repeatable. It seems to occur when the board outline does not appear to be one continuous line (I am unable to highlight it in one click). See the screenshots. It appears the fill is failing at a junction between two line segments, after the fillet.
Sometimes, however, this exact same shape is able to be made, the outline is able to be highlighted with one click, and the copper fill works correctly.
I have not figured out a way to fuse the line together to prevent this bug. Selecting both segments and right-clicking "merge as a closed line" breaks the shape. Right-clicking and selecting convert to line or convert to board outline also breaks the shape.
