Help understanding and implementing Schematic Wire Junctions into PCB Layout and then tracing/routing these connections.

Im a fairly new EE, and I am making my first project. I have at this point completed the schematic and starting tracing the connections within the PCB.

My question is, how do I trace/routing a junction that is in the schematic? I have a few of these connections and I dont understand how to accurately represent a third component routing connecting to the "junction" of two other components within the board. The components are (16V+ Power Plane is the source of the current)Flyback Diode - Inductor Coil and Mosfet(Drain->GND Plane)

Build 1 or Build 2? Or is there a more optimal way to route these components?
