I have used Net Ports to connect components in my schematic.

when I do "Generate/Update Block Symbol" it says:

Found the schematic Netport(s) doesn't the name of the Block Symbol pin(s), do you want to update the Pin(s)?

I say "Yes" to this and then it spews a bunch of errors in the Log window:

2024-01-09 01:30:40[Error] : BlockSymbol : vcf's bottom Schematic's Netport, -12V-12V-12V-12V-12V-12V-12V have no matching Pins in BlockSymbol

2024-01-09 01:30:41[Error] : duplication of netport name!/-12v($1I578,$1I588,$1I2314,$1I2554,$1I3015,$1I3944,$1I4670)

2024-01-09 01:32:11[Error] : BlockSymbol : vcf's bottom Schematic's Netport, -12V-12V-12V-12V-12V-12V-12V have no matching Pins in BlockSymbol

I don't want to create pins in the block symbol for that net.

- Is it the use of Net Ports that causes this?
- If I use Net Labels instead I don't get this error, but Net Labels don't look like how I want on the schematic, they're just text - i want something that looks like a Net Port, but that doesn't error when I create the Block Symbol.
