Hi, 

Are the user contributed ("public") libraries available in EasyEDA Pro Half-offline (Version 2.2.36) desktop version?

I'm on MacOS. I'd say I have a pretty good understanding of this software, but have not figured out how to find the library. 

Also, I see this forum post:

which is unresolved as of a year ago, but the consensus of users is that it is NOT available. 

@haidy_easyeda, can you let us know if the public, community, user-contributed library available in the desktop software or not? If not, when will it be available?
