I have noticed that vias are not snapping to the displayed grid. I have confirmed that grid and snap are both set to 0.5 in this example. All vias snap correctly along the X axis, but along the Y axis, they are snapping to a position offset from the grid which varies from via to via. It is impossible for me to get these vias in a straight horizontal line.
