Not sure where I stand on this, but I recently designed a circuit incorporating several SMD components and sent it off to JLCPCB for production.  On receiving the PCBs, they did not function as expected and on closer investigation, I discovered some LCSC components had mismatching footprints.  The component in question here is an N Channel MOSFET, LCSC part number C22366704 where the Drain and Source have been swapped.  Here's the footprint details from EasyEDA footprint manager.

Question is, who is liable for this error?  Is it reasonable to expect users to check the footprint for every component being used, specifically when they are 'official' LCSC components?  At the moment I am AUD80 out of pocket to JLCPCB and wondering how I can recoup this loss.  Thoughts?
