PCBFeature request: Negative silkscreen color. And: Automatically clear pads from silkscreen objects

I often use large silkscreen objects for instance to visually separate the high voltage AC section from the low voltage DC section, as in this example:

What really bugs me, that there is no simple method to place negative text or graphics into the white silkscreen. There is of course the inverted text option, but the text there is transparent, so would have to draw around it, which basically what I have done here:

And then there is the boolean function, which works, but isn’t very convenient, when it comes to changes.

Another problem in this example is the fact that the solder pads aren’t masked from the silkscreen, and instead get overprint, unless I manually cut out the pads using the boolean function. Again, not very convenient. I would appreciate it, would be automatically masked according to the underlaying solder stop mask of the solder pads.

(The automatic silkscreen masking does exist in the Component Footprint Editor, but not in the PCB Design Editor globally).
