i have made some changes to scematic, then pressed Design / Update PCB

i get the "Apply Changes" popup but if i click the "Apply Changes" button i get the "Import Changes" percentage popup stuck on 1% indefinatly

i tried to make the project public before posting this question but i dont realy no if that worked as it is unnecisery confusing and dificult to grant others access to a project

hope somone can tell me why it just hangs
